The dirt I was hoping you could get, you were unable to remove. My carpets were cleaned at 8:30 on Tuesday morning at 8:30 on Wednesday night they are still wet, in one place the carpet has been pulled away from the baseboard. My carpets are clean but they were not really dirty to begin with so for the extra cost of your service, it was not worth it.

Great end results and personalized service
The carpet looked almost brand new again even days after the carpets were clean. The process was fairly quick and painless and it is the first time we've had our carpets cleaned where we felt it really picked up the dirt rather than disbursing it around. The color of the carpet also looks brighter, like when it was brand new.

Professionalism great attitude attention to detail
Well this is the first time I have used your company. I noticed that my socks were still dirty. I know this might be a common issue, however my house and carpet is only 2 years old.
We found areas that were missed in the cleaning process. I would suggest to re-examine the areas cleaned directly with the client before departing from the engagement. We were disappointed.
