I especially like the courtesy and efficient employees who do a great job. If I can offer one suggestion. which is that the receptionist explain the additional cost if the room is larger than what your company defines as a standard room. I was not expecting the additional cost because one room was considered 2 rooms because of its being slightly larger.

The tile cleaning process

Carpets are still damp after almost 48 hours.....and please don't tell me it's because of humidity outside; I've had ceiling fans and A/C fan running for 2 days. Also some minor stains in bedroom still there.

A residue was left on our tile that required most of the afternoon to clean. We found numerous places where the hose and vacuum hose left spots on our wood and tile floors that did not just wipe off. After cleaning the tile was very wet and only a small towel was used to try and dry it.

The product was very clean smell a citrus smell that cleaned the carpets almost to new condition again and I have two kids under age of 4 and pets!!
