Good work for a fair price. My carpet and tile grout look like new.
This was the second time we have used Zerorez and was pleased again. Seth did his job and did it well. He was very prompt, was willing to answer the few questions I asked and stayed on task. The carpets very much needed the cleaning and what a difference!!! Would not hesitate to call in the future. Thanks for a job well done.
You have done my floors several times and I have always told you what a great job you did and the techs are especially polite and professional. However, this time, there was at least a $30 difference in my quote and the final price, plus I downgraded from a loveseat to a chair, which was an additional $10 less, plus, I was told I could use my last $25 coupon and the technician said he could not apply it. Therefore, my final price was about $65 more than I anticipated. Improvement could come from the scheduler giving the price and sharing that with the tech so everyone is on the same page. Thanks. D. The technician was great! He was on time courteous and did a thorough job. Our carpets were in good shape but when the technician left they looked as if they were brand-new. Two other people were in my house during the cleaning. Even they were amazed and plan to use the service
Our representative was fantastic! He came to get vasoline out of my carpet after my toddlers late night art project. He did an amazing job , but also gave us a sample of what our tile will look like w/ their services as well. I can't wait to get them back out to do that job also!!
