Setting my appointment and the technician and customer service was great! But within 24-48 hours all the carpet spots I anticipated being significantly removed were back. I walked with the technician and pointed out the traffic areas and a couple spots. Very disappointed and feel I should have gone with a company that utilizes a shampoo or cleaning agent. With having a crawling baby and a pup I thought a clean company like Zerorez would be the way to go, but the end result of still dingy carpet is disatisfying.
The service tech was very professional.
Very consistent service, the cleaning lasts and i like the no residue. The guys are always efficient and friendly as well.

Great Job on the carpets, you are the best in the business. I would highly recommended your company to friends and neighbors.
With that said, I was disappointed in the more expensive work that you did for me, the title cleaning, and sealing. Once everything dried, there were sections of the grout that did not get clean. I do not know the reason why. It is possible that the stains were too deep in the grout for your equipment clean.
Second, I was not happy with the sealing. The reason I am saying this is that the bathroom you did for me off the kitchen, my two-year-old grandson took a bath in that evening. Of course, he splashed water everywhere. Afterwards we mopped up the floor, and then I notice that some of the grout stayed wet for hours after. I would not expect this if it had been sealed.
Bottom-line, I will continue to use you to clean my carpets; but I will never use your tile cleaning and seal service again.
You make my old couches look brand new! The service man was very nice and was helpful to my son who had many many questions about the cleaning!
Excellent response and my carpet has not been cleaner since the day we had it installed. The technician was extremely professional and well mannered.
Carpets remained wet for over 3 days.
Several stains also appeared where there were none before being cleaned. Two representatives came out to view and never called me back with an answer.
Zerorez does such a beautiful job, our carpets dry quickly and always look lovely. The service people are always on time, are professional, and get right to the job and finish in quick order.
