The service tech couldn't have been more polite and professional. My dissatisfaction in no way is a reflection of his service. I am disappointed with the outcome of my "cleaned" carpet, it did not come clean. I'm not sure if it's because the truck ran out of the "patented water" and he had to use tap water or the spot treatment was not the correct one?

Tech arrived on time, was friendly and respectful, worked steadily, didn't waste time, and did an excellent job. I like the fact that there is no reside left and spot treating is done also stains and as pet soiling can be treated.

For our carpets, Zerorez has always done an excellent job, leaving the carpet clean and smelling fresh.
My carpets stayed wet for almost 24 hours - spots on the area rug are still wet 48 hours later. This process seems much wetter than other carpet cleaning services I have used. Also there was a lot of water spilled onto the hardwood floor outside the master bedroom which left a white film after it dried - as did small paw prints from my dog after he walked on bedroom rugs. So this is not residue free as promised. The carpets feelcrunchy/sticky instead of soft and clean and the floor looked awful so I had to get down on hands and knees to clean up film and buff it back to decent shape. I'm wondering if the "protection" that I paid extra to have added is the culprit. But overall my high hopes were not met. On plus side your technician was very professional and polite. I was impressed with his demeanor, just not the way the carpets came out. I am not sure I want to have you redo them as it will mean moving things out and back again and another 24 hours of wet floors.
First of all, I have only been with Zerorez for 6 years, but I would not consider any other company for my carpets. The method used I believe is the cleanest service available. Next, the service personnel is very considerate and professional. I believe they really care about the end result and the customer. I rate the company and personnel a 10.

Technician was early and completed the work quickly and efficiently. One thing that he did that was appreciated more than a quality job was as he moved through the house he made sure that the hoses didn't get dragged around door frames or furniture.
