Your service has been superb and I would have given you a rating of "10" based on service alone. However, when describing the areas I want to be cleaned, I try to be honest and yet there sometimes seems to be some surprise by your cleaning technicians that my "long" hallway is included for free.
Pet friendly.
Price for grout cleaning was more than double the price of competitors. Grout does look good. I had my bedroom carpet shampooed & paid extra for the pet treatment. My carpet looks great but it has a very dirty odor that wasn't there before. I have found no benefit to paying an extra $40.

I was amazed how clean our carpet was after Ivan cleaned it. Even spots that I thought were grease, were no longer there. Ivan was very polite and professional. We definitely will use Zerorez again!
