The professional service and the look of the carpets after being cleaned

That you guys typically do an excellent job, that your technicians are respectful and professional (and a few years ago, you completely got a rubber cement spill out of a carpet that three other companies said was permanent).

You advertized 3 rooms for $99 I knew there would be extra for the spots/stains. 2 of the rooms were 100% empty one had furniture in it and I was told that would not be a problem. I disliked the fact that I was charged $35 for that. Would i have been charged $75 if they all had furniture ? I have lived in jax 38 years and have never been charged for moving furniture. There are plenty of other carpet cleaners out there that don't decieve their clients. I will also discuss this with my patients that work for WOKV.

On time and tech did a fabulous job
My carpets always turn out great and the staff are always helpful with getting my tough stains out.
The tech was almost perfect until we found our garden hose not rolled back into the holder, laying in the plant bed and the sprayer laying on the ground. As my father taught me, leave the house in a better condition than you found it. Sadly, this wasn't true.
The professionals at Zerorez are always on time for appointments and do a great job of cleaning your carpets. If you think you need extra spopt cleaning, Zerorez is more than glad to do it.

the guy said my carpet would be dry in 5 to 6 hours it took 24 hours and some areas even longer. lot of spots did not come out it just made them stiff
