What do I like about Zerorez?
Simple put, everything!!! Very much open communication! From setting up an appointment to the tech. completing the job. I received a reminders call about my carpet being cleaned the next day and time the tech. would be at my home. The tech. called me 15 minutes before he arrived. He arrived at my home just a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. He asset the carpet and explained in detail what he was going to do. The pre-treatment had a nice citrus smell to it. He cleaned my carpet in no time and it looked GREAT!!! This is my 2nd cleaning expierance with Zerorez and I will call them for my next carpet cleaning again!
I was very impressed with the professionalism of Ivan. He explained the entire procedure; as I was a new client, and did an incredible task of cleaning my carpets. He even showed me a sample the quality of the tile cleaning, which I am considering. I have already made recommendations to several homeowners.

When I called for the appointment, I asked about the cost of cleaning the grout and was told $1 / foot. I have a lot of grout to clean, so that was going to be expensive. When the workmen came, I asked them to give me an estimate. Turns out there is a discount for over 600 sq ft. Who knew. I was very happy to get a discount and get my grout cleaned.
Work done was timely and effective. Unfortunately, vehicle exhaust from your vehicle running for a couple of hours in my driveway killed four boxwoods and part of a camellia.
Delivered what was promised. On time for appointment.
Some stains were not removed totally.
