Although I would recommend you, I am not satisfied with the service we received the week of October 19, 2014. Area rugs were to be delivered at 1:00 PM. However, they did not arrive until almost 3:00. I would think that any delay greater than 30 minutes would result in a phone call. However, there was no call and when I contacted the company I was simply told they were on their way. Name removed

The results, and also the clean light fragrance of the products used. My carpet was extremely dirty due to having two large dogs coming and going from inside to outside at will. Also my carpet is very old, but the results from the Zerorez Technician were great.

The sales associate was very personable to talk to and he explained everything very well. When he showed me the demonstration I bought the extra treatment and special cleaner. He took his time and didn't seem to be in a rush to get to the next appointment. I trust him and I would highly recommend Zerorez because of the results on my carpet and the excellent customer service.

Patrick was great in explaining the process and trying to take care of details. Missed the bedroom walk in closet which I did not actually point out to him. Products smell good and furniture looks good. Area where dog occasionally sleeps on rug was pointed out, still smelled like it had not been cleaned well once dry. Not too big a deal cause only faintly odorous to begin with. Overall nice job.
