Great service.
Carpets were cleaned thoroughly and the drying time was much less than other providers. Also, the post-treatment scent was appealing; often times, the methods and chemicals used by other providers has an odor that lingers for several days.

Chris, the Technician, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I have black granite counter tops in my kitchen which had terrible hard water stains around the faucet area. I was skeptical that anyone would be able to remove the hard water stains and also nervous about possible damage to the granite. Chris cleaned the area and was able to remove almost every last bit of the stains. When Chris was finished with cleaning and sealing all of the granite, it looked like I was walking into a brand new kitchen.
