Technician was courteous, efficient and informative. Arrived on time (early actually) and was finished sooner than we expected. We love how our 7-year old carpet looks now ... like new!
The carpets looked great but after drying had a "crunchy" feeling to them. I talked to the lady on the phone and she suggested having someone come out to retreat the areas but being this was my only day off and getting the carpets done was a big ordeal, I told her I would have to see about what to do.

They are professional like companies of old. Respectful.They work hard to please the customer and I know if they couldn't get a stain up nobody can.

Zerorez has extremely professional employees. They are competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Spencer has been the one to take care of us for years and the other day he was not available. Patrick came out instead. Patrick did a fantastic job. I was pleased with the job that he did and was truly impressed with him! I will definitely continue to recommend Zerorez!!
