I've used Zerorez for many years and always had success with the cleaning. This time, our carpets and floors sustained a lot of dirty foot traffic after Hurricane Matthew, and I was concerned if the stains could all be removed. After Zeroez cleaned them, they looked amazing! Robert cleaned our floors this visit and was VERY polite and professional. Thank you for making our floors look beautiful again.

I would like a technician to come back and redo an area in one of the rooms that was shampooed on Friday and still looks dirty.
