Your workers are very professional. I have old (20 yrs.) burber carpet in one section of the house that had pet stains. It is one week later and the spots have NOT returned. I have already told all my friends about how pleased I am with your product!
The rugs dried pretty quickly and feel clean. I was told that should I have a problem with the mstr. bedroom rug he would be able to come back and do a "redo". Is that true?

Secretary who called before noon and told me that the scheduled time would be at the late end. [3ish] This enabled us to run more errands. I liked that very much. Mitchel was very informative and helpful. Lastly the rug is cleaner than any other cleaning.

I know the service person tried but quite a bit of the soil in the carpet was not eliminanted.
I really like that the product appears not to leave residue that will cause the carpeting to collect soil. Mitch did a good job, and didn't try to "up" sell me. He explained how your product works. I would recommend your company to others.

Take your time when cleaning, get all areas cleaned. You have a great product, don't rush to get to the next job.

Communication was very lacking when my original appointment wasn't going to be met. I had a 8:30am appointment and due to issues with the truck, they were unable to come. I was notified 7 minutes before the appointment. There were no real alternatives given until I asked. When I asked if they could come out later the lady said she would get back with me. Over 2 hours later I had to call to what was happening. She instantly had an answer that they could come at 4:30. Not sure why I was the one that had to call back. I understand that machanical and personal emergencies come up, but you should have options and timely communication about it.
