I have always used Chemdry but at the insistence of a friend who uses Zerorez, I had them to my carpet last week. I mentioned to the technician that I can still see dirt spots and he insisted this was wear on the carpet. A day or so later, I reluctantly used one of my carpet cleaner and sprayed a small area (not wanting to undo the scotch guard that was put on), the dark spot came u. I called the company and they are coming out Monday 11/28 to reassess. Hopefully they will make it right and reapply the scotch guard.

The before and after difference was amazing. After the floor completely dried, however, a couple of the spots came back. (Some phenomenon referred to as wicking). I called them and they set a new appointment free of charge to come back out and redo those floors. Awesome customer service.
