From the Lady that answers the phone to the technician what a pleasure
Carpets look great. Mitch had to come back but took care of the marks. Very happy with your service.
The upholstery cleaners were professional and courteous. Shaquile was wonderful and worked very hard to get out stains on our couch. I would highly recommend this service.
My technician (Christian) was great. He carefully explained options and the end result was outstanding. I had both carpet and tiles cleaned. Everything looks great and my kitchen floor looks so good that I am kicking myself for not having it cleaned sooner!
Carpet is clean and fresh as advertised. Service was excellent.
Your techncian was very professional, helpful and did an outstanding job. Our new air conditioner was being installed the day he came and he worked around their being here.
Rug smells and looks cleaner. Thanks.

How detail oriented they are to take of your house when they are doing their job.
We needed our carpeting cleaned pronto. They delivered.
Carpets were clean.
G great job very polite got it done quick I gave him a tip
Carpet feels light & fluffy again. You really can tell there's no residue left like other carpet cleaners. And Dell was wonderful.
Cleaning without all the residue
I like the idea of no residue left behind after the cleaning. What I don't like is the price. What I paid would have been a nice down payment on new frniture and rug! Be careful you don'r want to price yourself out of the value market!
The tech was wonderful. Took the time to show us what needed the most attention, what services were best for us (without needlessly upselling). He was quick, courteous and neat. Thanks so much!
It thoroughly cleans the grout. Leaves no residue behind. Technician was pleasant and very efficient.
Jim and Lois Swan
Dell was wonderful. I was so fearful of a hyped up sales pitch that would up my quoted price, but he was a pleasant surprise. He told me I could add treatment after the cleaning to get closer to my $129 price. I could get more for my money.
He did a great job that left my 9 yr. old carpets looking better than I could have expected.
Good job, Dell, I will call again.
