The floor definitely feels much cleaner. However, one of the back rooms started to develop a moldy smell and after more than one week feels slighty damp in certain spots. We are trying to air it out with a portable fan since that room does not have a ceiling fan and it seems to help. Perhaps the carpet got damper than it should why being cleaned.

Overall, we are happy with the job.

I called desperately since the renters ruined the carpets, your CSR immediately provided the next day appointment. 2nd - the service Christian de Jesus provided, he recommended some of your products that I was not aware you provided. OUTSTANDING representative!!!! I would like to take this opportunity to commend Zerorez for having an outstanding representative. Christian was very helpful, supportive and has an amazing positive attitude. This is the 3rd time I have the pleasure in obtaining your services, all representative that provided the services were great but Christian has been the BEST!! He was not in a rush, he took his time to inform me of other services your company offers. In fact, I will be calling next week for grout service, I pray that I will be Bless in having Christian providing my services.

It cleans well.

Paid $120 to repeat cleaning of the bedroom and couches. Thought it was covered. Told over the phone it didn't need a pet treatment. Tech said it did and charged us. Confused. Room smells no different after second treatment then before.

The products your company uses is natural and it does not affect anybody in the house including pets
