Very easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze and the carpet cleaner was professional and polite. He arrived on time, was very thorough in explaining what he would do and offered a couple of up-charge services that I accepted and was pleased with the results. I am happy with my carpets and will definitely use Zerorez again as well as recommend to my friends and family.

I like your products because they don't have at harsh chemicals and they don't leave a sticky residue. The services I use are carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning and they are great. My house smells so fresh and clean!
