This was the first time I've used your company. What I like most about your company are your people. It was very easy to make an appointment and the young woman who helped me was courteous and well spoken, and took her time with me. Later, i had to reschedule my initial appointment and it was easily done. The technician who cleaned my carpets is a real asset to your company. His name is Corey Leader. He was on time, introduced himself, shook my hand, and proceeded to explain the process and the cost. He did a beautiful job on my floors but, more importantly, was a pleasure to work with, courteous, friendly and very professional.
That it works and fresh smell
The gentleman that came very nice and knowledgeable but all the water out of my carpet spray for bacteria and shampooed the carpet looks like nothing ever happened I am very pleased
