The carpets turned out great--clean, smelled great, not crunchy or stiff like some other carpet cleaning companies. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was polite and explained everything thoroughly. He worked really hard to get the stubborn pet stains out of our carpets!

Your service technicians are very good at what they do. They made our 9 year old light colored furniture look like new!
It's just that I can't tell yet how clean it is. It looks the same to me in terms of high traffic areas being matted... but maybe that can't be fixed. Also, my girls' allergies or colds, all of ours, have actually increased when they were going away before hand. Idk, it's just hard to say for me. We've gotten it cleaned before from another company with positive health benefits... So I'm just giving it more time to see if our sickness goes away and how long we continue to be allergy-reduced past that.
