Very professional service!
I was hoping for my carpet to look cleaner but I really didn't expect it to look as good as it did. The guy was super nice, we chatted as if we were old friends. Now I must get my carpet dirty so I can use you again haha.
I like that it is a no residue scent free product which is great for an allergy sufferer and it dries so quickly.
Our Zerorez tech was prompt,polite and professional! Dale explained the process,the amount of dry time needed,was also very efficient and neat! He cleaned rooms as well as area rugs on wood flooring and was extra careful to wipe up any residue!Felt like a bit pricey,but it had been awhile since hiring carpet cleaner so may have had a bit of "sticker shock"! Dale worked with us and I feel confident we got a good deal,especially seeing the results the next day! We like the concept of low residue left in carpet,Dale did a great job!Would recommend!

The pricing was very clear and upfront, there was no pressure to add on or upsell, the technician was very honest about ability to clean major stains and heavy wear areas so there was no unrealistic expectations or promise of perfection. Robert was very professional, punctual, careful of the house and all floors, walls and furniture and finished in the estimated time given. I was especially impressed on the results of cleaning of car seats which were dramatically improved! Thank you for a job well done that met and exceeded our expectations.

No harsh chemicals to irritate my lungs. Courteous, efficient technicians speak directly to me concerning any specific problem areas and give honest answers. We have two aging cats and eleven grandchildren who can create messes but don’t tolerate harsh residue from some cleaning products. Zerorez is dependable and punctual.
