It was a bit of a rough start, as I was told something different from the receptionist then what was told to the tech. However, Mitch and I were able to work it out and I was very pleased with his service. However, I do think communication needs to be better within the company so these issues do not take place.

I’m very happy with the service I received yesterday and the technician was a pleasure to deal with.

Same technician was sent to retreat chairs I was originally unsatisfied with. He was rude and arrogant having to come back and retreat the chairs. Called me a liar stating he treated all areas of the chairs. However, after he retreated the chairs in the missed areas, the chairs were evenly clean.

I would love to use Zerorez services again, but I would never allow this technician in my house again.

We had some spots with pet urine and a few hours later I checked to see if it was all gone and the paper towel was soaked with pet urine. It was like the carpet cleaning pulled it up to the surface but didn’t remove it. Otherwise everything else was great.

Zerorez responded immediately w/ courteous technicians that took care of my cleaning issues quickly.

Reagan was very personable and did a very professional job. We were very pleased.

I explained to Rob that I had been warned about a film left by their company before according to a realtor friend. The floor was still wet in several spots so I did not see the results until much later. There were 3 small areas in the grout lines that had white film and in front of the kitchen sink as well as on the other side of the counter were sticky film areas. When I wet a paper towel and wiped them there was dirt on my towel. In the bathroom the area next to the bathtub still has a sticky tape area from something. It could have been there before, but I didn't expect it to still be there after the cleaning. I would try to find a company next time that uses brushes in their cleaning process. Even w/ the discount of 20% I did not get my money's worth.

The Technician was wonderful! He did a good job calling to let me know about arrival time and cleaning carpet, I also added the scotch guard from his recommendation, it did however take the carpet about 15 hours to totally dry in some places.

The technician that cleaned our carpets was awesome he was prompt and very detailed our carpets look amazing.
