Spend more time on the dirty traffic areas...my area rugs are so much better, but not all better yet
I like the quality of the work. I like that the carpet cleaning is effective, and that the steaming of the tiles and grout gets them back to looking new. On this visit, I had a 14 year old sofa cleaned. The tech did a great job and I was very happy with the result! He also was professional, clean cut, and personable. He represented the company very well. I enjoyed a conversation with him as he worked. Thanks for offering a quality service.
Collin the technician was so helpful with suggestions and explained so much to us in a very courteous,professional manner..He really did a great job on the carpet and tile.Couldn’t be mor pleased.
Brad did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything prior to beginning, answered all our questions, and gave us options based on need. The carpets are very clean. We are very pleased with the result.

Zerorez meets and exceeds all of my carpet cleaning needs. Not only was Courtney able to clean and eliminate all of the dog stains in the carpet, but he was clean, respectful, professional. Courtney was a true professional. He took the time to explain everything about the cleaning process to me.
I like that the company’s employees are so friendly. Getting the reminders from Zerorez are very helpful. My carpets turned out very clean, and were dry by that night!! Zerorez has come to my home twice, and I will be sure to call them when I need them again. Reagan and Eric are the best!!!

Serviceman was AWESOME!!! He was professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and explained as he went. He certainly knew his business and thoroughly explained and asnswerd all questions. He made suggestions on how to get the most life out of our new carpet, but not pushy is trying to up sell. He was genuine and I appreciate and trusted his judgment. Bravo!!! Zerorez was recommended to us and I will gladly recommend to our friends and family. Thank you

You all did a great job! We had a cat urine stain which is super hard to get out... I still feel like it could get one more treatment but overall satisfied.

I like that your associate explained the condition of the carpet and what would work and what may not work. I guess in other words he was covering all the bases. Good business. Anyway, he did a great job. All the concerns I pointed out were covered. Very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend you to others.

Corey did a great job a few weeks ago and also the other day. He wasn't able to fully remove the coffee stain but it is lighter which is good. Corey is a great asset to your company. Personable, friendly, and honest.

Friendly professional service
The service technicians are professional and communicate well. I understand what will be done and what areas likely will not fully recover to "like new" condition. However, I was pleasantly surprised that some problem areas did recover quite well! All areas were reviewed before and after the service was performed. I have used Zerorez before and will do so in the future.
