The variety of things you clean
From the time representative presented himself (company) very professionally. Greeted and explained about company, products, services. Went over how he was going to proceed with cleaning of furniture and carpets. Asked if I had any questions/concerns.
Throughout the cleaning, representative (Brad) consulted with regards to satisfaction of what had been completed.
Went over each item on invoice. Cleaned area of equipment. Checked to be sure that he had not damaged or soiled any areas.
Will definitely call them back in the future.

Service was competitively priced and the associate performing the cleaning was polite and willing to explain the process and answer questions. The overall experience was very positive.
The carpet doesn't even look like it was cleaned - and he said that was due to being so old, but really. And he didn't even bend over to scrape up spots stuck on the tile - and I asked that the tile be sealed and it doesn't appear that it was.
He was constantly reading his cell phone while doing the job too

Staff and services are top-notch. I have a large area rug that is unique. Zerorez picks up the rug, cleans it, and delivers it back. Always looks fantastic.
I was very impressed with the technician who cleaned our carpet. He was very professional and personable, and did a careful and thorough job. The only thing that was not as expected is the estimated drying time - the advertising/email said about 6 hours (and the technician said 3 because our carpet nap is low), but it actually took about 30 hours for our carpet to dry enough to replace the furniture, etc. We had our ceiling fans on high and ran our a/c yesterday and today, also. I think it might be more helpful to advertise drying time something like "as little as 6 hours" - in case, for example, people are expecting to entertain guests the next day after getting their carpet cleaned. Thank you for the opportunity to submit feedback!
