ZeroRez exceeded our expectations this week! We had done some renovations, leaving a lot of dust and debris. Jake and Albert assessed what we needed immediately! They cleaned the air ducts, furnace, and the clothes dryer lines. These young men were professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Jake and Albert cleaned everything they touched and left our home immaculate! We will request them every time we use ZeroRez!

This was my first experience with Zerorez and Chelsea made it stellar! She was knowledgeable, skillful and took extraordinary care to make the carpet in every room look brand new! A petite powerhouse who knew just what Zerorez product was needed to conquer every stubborn stain, Chelsea made a very tough job look easy and she did it all with an effervescent smile!! Zerorez is lucky to have her and I highly recommend their service based on my very positive experience, today!
The service is great! Right from scheduling to the actual service, it was easy, responsive and prompt.
We got our tiled floors and carpeted rooms cleaned, and you can tell the difference. But the carpet takes really long to dry. If there is a way to work on that last bit, it would be great.

Jake and Alberto did an excellent job in the installation of our air purification system. The system was installed in a professional, timely manner, and they cleaned the affected areas prior to the completion of the work. I highly recommend ZeroRez!

We have been a client with Zerorez for over 10 years. Every tech that has ever come over has walked us through the entire process each time. Explaining the stain removal, length of entire carpet cleaning, price and dry time. They have all been polite and professional as well. I will never use another company. We love zerorez!!
I thought it was quite costly. Service fee? I could see a service fee if you came out and didn’t do anything. Shouldn’t the service fee be what you charged to do the service you actually did. Why is it an additional charge?
Odor treatment & rug cleaning was very costly for an add on since you are already here.
Disappointed that a small water closet or small pantry isn’t included in the bathroom or kitchen. Some of these small things would go a long way.
