VERY quick scheduling!! Furniture had been put up for attempt to clean carpet by another company but were unable to access water. They were able to service residence the next day!!! What a relief.

All contact has been very professional and pleasant. Customer Service seems to be a priority. All questions are answered, flexible if need to reschedule, Kendall (technician)came to do carpets and did add-on for tile and grout. He will be back to seal kitchen granite next week. No hard sell at all. All pricing was explained and we felt it was fair. Very satisfied with technician and outcome of services. Highly recommend.

FOR THE SECOND YEAR PARTS OF THE ROOMS CLEANED WERE NOT TREATED. I WENT THROUGH THE ROOMS AFTER THE TECH LEFT AND FOUND DRY AREAS . THIS TOLD ME THAT ONLY PARTS WERE CLEANED. MOST DRY AREAS WERE AROUND FURNITURE THAT COULD WE MOVED. WE HAD PADS UNDER THE FURNITURE SO IT WAS EASY TO MOVE THEM.

Grout cleaning was on par with previous visits, always seems to be a different spot that didn’t get cleaned. Carpet in second room felt/feels crusty. Overall pretty consistent with my experience. Techs are always friendly and courteous.

Your tech was awesome. The house we are renting was so dirty he called me recommended we clean the stone flooring as well. I am so grateful. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you!
