Gabe couldn't have been nicer, but the rugs still smelled for days afterward and when my husband used our carpet cleaner two days after Zerorez had been to our house, it filled up with filthy water. Definitely not worth the $500+ we paid to have the three area rugs cleaned.

Our technician Kendall did a great job on our carpets and especially on our sectional. I was surprised that it came out as clean as it did, he worked hard on it until he was satisfied. Great job! He went over all of the options we could choose as well as other services Zerorez offers. Very thorough and thoughtful. Such a nice young man.
