Excellent service and great results! Kendall Schroeder went to great lengths to get the hoses into my hard to reach condo unit.

We won't hire Zerorez again. Our couches had light stains on the arms- they are still there. For $375, our 2 couches and arm chair don't look much/any different. The tech left our front door open during the cleaning without telling us- we have cats and it was stressful not knowing if they had escaped. I think the tech should have mentioned it. I scheduled it for 10am on a workday. I didn't realize how loud the compressor would be and my husband works from home on video calls. Because the door was propped open, the noise was pretty loud inside. I regret hiring Zerorex. It was expensive for no benefit and some irritation.

I've used Zerorez Jacksonville several times now and each time I've been happy with the technicians and the results. They come on time (or sometimes call that they can come earlier which is great !), they put booties over their shoes, they wipe up any water drips on the floor, clean up is great and the work is quick and efficient. My rug comes out great every time and smells so nice.

Your product is very good. It cleaned the tile in the ground. Excellent, the carpets came amazingly. Clean your technician was very professional and on the whole experience was a 10 plus I would definitely recommend you to everybody.

Alex was very conscientious of the water getting where it should not and did a thorough jib cleaning the carpets as well as the furniture. You need mote employees like him.

The one large spot that I wanted cleaned which is the reason I called is still present. Cleaning the carpet was a waste of $150.00. The rest of the carpet was is excellent shape to begin with because the carpet was brand new last summer.
