Incredibly easy to schedule. Friendly and informative customer service. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable rug technician. The service was affordable, pricing was transparent, payment was easy. We used the carpet cleaning and duct cleaning service. Everything went very smoothly and very professionally. Carpets, rugs and sofa were cleaned thoroughly. the gentleman who did my service was every nice and explain everything to me. I have dogs so ask about the pet spot cleaner and he answer all my questions. after all that, he told me about how long it would take. very nice and helpful.
