Great service and great price
Before the change over in ownership and policies the company was less NYC ish and were good to deal with, however the service man was very good and remind us of old school. Heb did his job in a very efficient and pleasant manner. He made us aware of various services available to us through his organization. He's a keeper and a very good worker - no BS-he did his job and was very professional. As muliple user of your service, I hope we would get him again.

My floor looked amazing. The staff were very professional. There was no smell afterwards. Very pleased.
We’ve used Zerorez in the past and they did a fantastic job. Our most recent carpet cleaner was well below standard. I knew within the first 24hrs that I needed to call back and take advantage of the guarantee. The cleaning made the carpets look worse than before. Almost like the technician was using dirty recirculated water to clean. I paid for pet odor treatment and it didn’t make a difference at all. That’s an additional $200 wasted. They are scheduled to come back out next week to redo all the carpets, so we’ll see if that makes a difference.
