Efficient service, great rep

The hose burst and water was all over my entry way. I am the one who found it. Then he just quit So the dirtiest part of my shower didn't get cleaned. He did take $50 off and cleaned up the mess.

Prompt, good explanations and cost effective

The cleaning concept is appealing. The service tech was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. A delight to deal with. However, I do not like that Zerorez has a dollar minimum to come out. I paid quite a bit of money for very little work. So that’s disappointing.

Paid attention of money to have my carpts cleaned and it still looks dirty. Not satisfied with the results of the service. I feel it was a serious waste of money. The service tech was nice and polite.

The cleaning was great, the tech was great, it was just so expensive it would be hard to recommend and also not something I could keep up with because of the price. The technician was great though and he did a wonderful job.

We have used the company many times. This was the worst experience. Carpets were still very wet 13 hours later when we went to bed. Too much liquid was used and not removed. The technician was not as professional as previous techs.
