I had the most amazing experience getting my rug and couch cleaned. The guy that they sent was so knowledgeable on all the different products and ways to service the furniture. He was so kind and did such a fabulous job. I have used many companies in the past and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. My couch looks brand new. I sent out my rug to be cleaned and can’t wait for it to come back. I will definitely use this company again. And I hope I have the same service professional too!!

Your tech was very informative and and knowledgeable about his work. He also wore foot protector and laid down towels so that you could still walk the floor when necessary. He did an awesome job.

The technician was great very good and very polite and friendly was very happy with his work.

Austin was very polite and thorough with explaining the services and the cost. The carpet looked as good as possible in the main part of the rooms. He got out many of the spots. I couldn't tell that he cleaned the carpet in the closets of a couple of the bedrooms - not sure if he did or not. Some of the tile and grout looked really good. Other parts were just ok but I didn't expect it to look brand new. I was just extremely glad to have it done instead of me scrubbing on my hands and knees.
We had an issue with the thoroughness with which our carpet was cleaned by Zerorez last week. We've used you for years and it was the first time that there was any problem. I called and was treated so well, and another carpet cleaning was scheduled. The gentleman that came today was so efficient and paid great attention to detail. The carpets look brand new again, as they always have after being cleaned in the past. Thank you for taking such good care of us. It is a pleasure to work with a company such as yours.
On time, courteous and did a tremendous job. Our Service technician was very polite and helpful.
Our appointment was scheduled for July 2 between 1-4. The technician did show up during the expected window. We were moving out of our house that day as well. Our moving company by the time the technician arrived had not only cleared the carpeted rooms But also had 98% of the house cleared except for the driveway as the movers were still inventorying our house hold goods. Our movers also stated they would not use the front door so the technician would have uninterrupted access the our home. The technician refused to park in the street behind the moving truck instead of the driveway and refused to work with others also working at the home. He then left stating it was not going to work and that it was our problem to reschedule. I then immediately called the manager to find out what we could do. He did get the technician to return at around 5:30 and was at our home till 7pm (The technician had misrepresented the condition of the move to his manager) . At no time did the manager or technician apologize for his rude attitude toward us. Moves are always complicated, and a move during COVID has an especially short window to complete work on time. Had the manager not forced him to return, we would have to turn the property over to tenants not cleaned, as required in our contract. The technician made NO effort accommodate or offer a solution, simply stated he was unwilling to complete the work.

Have used your service at two locations for both carpet and tile. Both times the service was completed in a professional manner and tech were knowledgeable and polite.
Did not use corner protectors and scratched the walls.
