Max, the technician who serviced our house, listened to my concerns and addressed them. While other carpet-cleaning companies have been in and out in less than 30 minutes, Max took his time and did an excellent job. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

The whole experience from scheduling the technician to come out to the technician completing the job. The scheduling person was very informative on services you offer. The technician was here on time and was knowledgeable about what was able to be done. He was answering questions about what he was going to be doing as we walked through the areas to be cleaned.
