He came in and went right to work cleaning the carpets and did a great job. Only wish he could have left a paper giving instructions on what to do to help the drying process. He told us how long it would take to dry. Only when I went on computer did I see the hints which was the next day.

The guy that came out was great, had a question on what he told me.
He asked if I had carpet protection sprayed on the new carpet. He said that the way you clean the carpet takes the protection guard off the carpet.
That makes no sense. So you folks come out clean the carpet and it pulls the scotch guard right off the carpet,and then I have to pay $30 a room to have the scotch guard put back on the carpet.
You should be putting the scotch guard back on for free since your pulling it off to clean???
Why would I call you back for more cleanings if it is going to cost me more to have guard put on and taken off and pay for it to be put back on again?
