We found multiple places where impacts from the cleaning equipment damaged the paint on our trim. Also some of the high traffic areas we can already see dirt coming back to the surface.
I've used ZeroRes quite a few times and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed this time. The carpets were not that clean, and the wood floors were very sandy.

Keaton spent many hours on our tile, grout and carpet, helping us to prepare our home for sale. He was polite, professional, and did a great job.
It seems like he didn't clean any of the edges of the carpets were cleaned. The edges in the living room and dining room look worse now than before I had them done.
And I 1 bedroom looks like it wasn't even done. I know I didn't want to pay any extra for the stuff they are supposed to upsell me on but that shouldnt mean they don't actually try and get the carpet cleaned.
