Our tech was great. I forget his name, but please let him know he did a great job. He treated all the heavy traffic areas and tried to get up an old rust stain. (unfortunately it did not come out, but it was not because he did not try). He was very polite and even helped to move some furniture out of the room in order to protect the carpet. He deserves a big thank you. I will definitely tell everyone about zerorez and the fantastic job that you all did.
Technician was great. He explained the whole process to me and was very thorough. I called the company a couple days later to discuss some stains that still remained in the carpet and they offered to send a technician back that same week to see if they couldn't improve upon them at no extra charge.
