Technician was great, communication was great but we were left with lines in our carpet. I wasn’t sure if it was just because it was wet but once they dried, it was still there. The technician mentioned high traffic areas would remain with a gray hue but this is much worse than that.

Be able to spot treat stains that are close to the wall.
Clean the small space inside of linen closet.
Not sure if master bedroom closet got cleaned.

technician did not spend the time to get obvious dirty spots clean. He did a quick once over and did not do a good job cleaning.

We hired Zerorez to clean and apply fabric protection to our outdoor front and back porch furniture. The sunbrella fabric looks new again.

I will highly recommend Zerorez to anyone because of their carpet cleaning system. Lucas arrived on time and was very professional, he got right to work on the areas I wanted cleaned, which were two rooms and a very long hallway. When he finished the carpet looked a whole lot better! Our 20 year old carpet which held the foot traffic of 2 parents and 4 kids over 20 years, looks better than it has in 10 years!
And all of the carpet dried in about 6 hours, without residue embedded in our carpet. Zerorez is the right way to clean your carpet!

We have 1,200 square feet of tile that had not been professionally cleaned in the 13 years we have lived in the home. In less than 4 hours the guy was done and he did a fabulous job. The tile floor looked like it did when it was brand new and dried very fast. I am very pleased with the results. The cleaning is expensive but not compared to other competitors we priced.
