Easy to schedule and they were able to clean three of our rugs and took one in for cleaning. Great results. We also had our sectional scotch guarded as well as our larger rug that was taken in for cleaning. The pickup and drop off of the larger rig went smoothly. The delivery team assisted us on setting the rug up which was helpful.

We had Zerorez clean our couch, floors & shower and I’ve already recommended them to multiple people! They are efficient, friendly and the results are amazing!!!

Cleaning our air ducts was necessary and Zerorez did a great job! They were professional and polite, very informative, and efficient. After the ducts were cleaned, the crew vacuumed the floors where little pieces fell out of the ducts, and you couldn't even tell they had been there. Excellent service at a great price!

He should be training not only your technicians, but also your customer service representatives on how to engage with professionalism and deliver exceptional service. Where your other employees fell severely short, Antonio stepped in to rectify the issues. It’s a true measure of integrity to have someone take ownership of a situation they did nothing to create and see it through to resolution. You guys are truly lucky to have someone on your team like Antonio.

The men assigned to the cleaning of our floors and carpet were very friendly, personable, efficient and quick. Colton was very thorough in explaining how he planned to execute the work and then went straight to it. He did exactly as he had explained and showed how the effective the cleaning process was. To expedite the cleaning work, he called Michael, a specialist in cleaning hardwood floors, to bring the equipment suited to clean our hickory flooring. At the end of the day, our home looks remarkedly better and we are VERY happy with the work Colton and Michael did for us! Thank you Colton and Michael!!!
