HE SAW THAT I WAS HAVING AN ATTACH, ACTUALLY IT WAS MY HEART BEATING MUCH TOO FAST.'
HE WANTED TO KNOW IF HE SHOULD CALL FOR HELP, I TOLD HIM MY DAUGHTER WOULD BE HOME SHORTLY. HE REFUSED TO LEAVE UNTIL MY DAUGHTER ARRIVED,
HE WOULD NOT LEAVE ME ALONE.
AT AGE 90 HE WAS WELL AWARE OF NOT LEAVING ME ALONE. I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW HOW VALUABLE HE IS TO YOUR COMPANY. I WILL NEED ANOTHER CLEANING BEFORE LONG AND I WANT TO BE SURE I GET HIM AGAIN, I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE HIS NAME. MANY THANKS.
I specifically really liked the thorough job that “Harry” did yesterday on my carpeting. He is very adept and knowledgeable about the Zerorez products. As a result my carpet looks wonderful. Much much better than the previous guy, also from Zerorez.

The cleaning was shockingly brilliant, and there was no sticky residue left behind.
Dalton was very professional and caring for our just-painted walls with the hose and equipment routing. He made valuable and appreciated suggestions. Our tile/grout, carpet and cloth furniture look brand new. Next time we have Zerorez out, Dalton will be the operator.
Timely, transparent communication
Our tech Alex was friendly and knowledgeable about the services the company provided. Before he started he explained the process and the materials he would be using. As bad as our tiles looked they ended up looking like new.

Anthony was very knowledgeable about how to clean the pet stains on our area rug. Instead of cleaning it in our home, he took it to their physical location. Since the pad we had could not be cleaned, we also needed to purchase a new one, which will be delivered with the rug. We look forward to an excellent result upon return.

I was NEVER told the job wasn’t gonna be started unless payment was received but I was told that once there the areas were gonna be measured then a price was gonna be given and this never happened !!!!
Technicians are professional, carpets are always feeling brand new when finished
From beginning to end the process was seamless. The young man who came to our office was very professional and extremely respectful. He worked hard and kept me informed of his progress and walked me around after he was finished. There was an area he wasn't please with so he did it a few more times. Everything looked great!!!!! I would recommend Zerorez and especially the young man who was here.
ZeroRez cleaning tech Alex performed a miracle on carpeting abused by boys and dogs in my house. Alex was personable, professional and efficient. He took pride in his job and it shows!
Over the phone, I was offered a 25% discount. When I received the final invoice, there were excuses why the bill was higher.

I have a clean house with clean carpets but there were a few spots that I wanted gone. Every single spot there was are still there. There is no single sign that I had my carpets cleaned. You guys used to do a great job, but this one was a great disappointment
