The scheduling people were awesome and answered questions both professionally and friendly. Technician was polite and professional, he even got rid of a black widow nest for us that we were unaware of.
My carpets still have a really strong pet odor. I asked for the odor treatment and paid for it and it’s like you never came. I’m not even confident another treatment would change anything.
Ask me for my survey response after the work is completed. You only picked up my Persian Rug so far.

I have used Zerorez for over a year and they have never disappointed. Chaz was so delightful and professional every time he arrives. I have 3 senior pugs who have a lot of accidents but Zerorez never fails to get my carpet sparkling clean and smelling wonderful. I had them do the grout in my tile and WOW..it looks brand new…and the price didn’t cost as much as I thought it would…It’s so easy to schedule an appointment on line and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend this company for all your flooring and carpet cleaning needs…
