When I questioned extra cost for spotting tech took the time and found he could get the job accomplished without the added cost, using another method. Good job ! The gentleman who came to do the work was very personable. He helped me move some furniture that I couldn't move myself. I liked how the house smelled after the job was competed and my entryway and stairs were much improved. Very clean. Thank you.

We liked the results. We were however disappointed in the person who came. We had watched commercials on TV for Zerorez and unless we didn't undeerstand it,we undeerstood that the service person would move furniture at least that furniture which wasn't apparently very heavy. The man who came to our home wouldn't move the beds( we merely wanted them moved to one side and then moved back again. He did move one chair. My wife(age 85 and with Parkinsons for 15 years) had move the dining room chairs. Te two of us move a heavy end table..We don't think your advertisement portrayed your services quiet correctly.

Zeroez was recommended to us by a friend. The technician was professional, efficient and personable. He provided explanations for all questions we asked. Drying time was minimal compared to previous cleanings we have done in previous years. We are very satisfied with the results.
