They were able to remove the paint drops that the painters had left in my carpet. The urine stains from my pets were also gone. They were very up front with the costs prior to completing any work. My house smelled great when they were finished and my carpet was fairly dry when they left. They also provided a couple of products for me to use on pet accidents and carpet stains.
Did a GREAT job . .. .will take a few months to see if the ScotchGuard was worth the extra $$ or not & then would probably be a 10 for me if I could forsee that being a big benefit in relation to cost.

the carpet was not soaked the carpet did not have that soap feel or hard feel after it was dry u made my carpet look new and after i told the kids to take there shoes off and they didnt, where the stains were they did not come back from walking on that spot. that was so wonderfull the stains were gone and have not one bit tried to come back and i feel good letting the kids go barefoot after all its new carpet

Our carpet was seriously dirty and had some cat urine stains. A couple of stains slightly remain, however we are extremely pleased with how clean our carpets are; we were afraid we would have to recarpet but now we don't. The gentleman who cleaned them was great and explained everything. Thank you!

I would have liked to know that tile/grout would be charged by square foot when I scheduled the appointment. Please don't get me wrong, it was worth the cost, but I would have liked to know that the tile/grout cleaning is not included in the "special" that is advertised. Thanks!
