When running vacuum, it does not hang up due to chemical residue. Also, looks very nice even with the age of the carpet.

The service person honesty with me, when he suggested I may want to consider replacing my carpet rather than cleaning it. Also informing me that he may not be able to clean pet urine smell from my carpet due to being along the baseboards of the floor and the carpet tacks would have to be replaced.

I am always hesitant to have carpets cleaned because I am aware of what is left behind. I tried Zerorez
because of your advertisement that your cleaning system is different and does not leave behind stuff to cling to the carpet. I liked your technician very much - he was nice and got in and out in a very short time.

Technician was very knowledgeable and honest. I also appreciate the fact that no harmful chemicals were used to clean our carpets as we have an infant who is very busy crawling all over our floors. We will likely be using Zerorez in the near future to clean our tile floors. Thank you!

The pet cleaning was well worth the cost. I saw zero pet stains afterwards. The floor tech. Was very polite and very informative about what he was doing each step. Would recommend to friends and family!

That my carpet looks this good is nothing short of miraculous! Your product and system is obviously TOPS. I appreciate your green methods (and I am sure my cat does too), and the fact the carpet dried so fast is terrific. What topped it all off and completed the experience is the fine work of Mike Dunn. This young man had a terrific manner about him...I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him as well as your process. He was conscientious, thorough, and obviously cared what the end product would be with my carpets...and he was just as proud as I was happy!!!!! I will be telling everyone about how good, effective, and pleasant it is to have zerorez come to your home. I could not be more pleased....thankyou very much! First name removed

He was very professional. He arrived within the time frame I was given. The work was done in the estimated time. Although he offered a spot removal product, he wasn't pushy about selling it. The carpet looks great, and I have already recommended this company to friends. I will definitely use this service again!

I purchased an older home with existing carpeting that had extremely dirty obvious wear paths. After Kyle from Zerorez finished the cleaning, we were amazed! Zerorez salvaged the carpet, saving me the cost of replacing two rooms of carpeting. I was especially pleased with Kyle from Zerorez, he was personable and willing to answer all my questions.

What do you like about our products and services?

The last time we had the carpet cleaned, it didn't really LOOK clean afterwards, and didn't stay clean either. With ZeroRez, the carpet looks and smells cleaner and more sanitary, and the service person was polite and respectful, the kind you like to have in your home. The person on the phone when I made the appointment was also very nice. Just a very good experience all the way around!!
