The young man who cleaned my carpets was very late in arriving. That did not change my mind about the experience, however. He was very thorough and friendly. The carpets are so clean and I didn't worry at all about residue or toxicity. The carpets felt truly clean - as if there was no shanpoo/cleaner related residue left. I will use zerorez again.

Everyone from Zerorez was great. From the person who answered the phone when I called, to the person who confirmed the appointment (as promised), to the two people who did the work...all stellar. I'm especially relieved about the pet stains. I had tried the heavy duty products from the pet store, but they didn't work completely. Zerorez has some magic product called "A-Water" that removed every pet stain at the source. My carpets are 7 years old, but I had only used my (awesome) vacuum cleaner and cleaned the spots because my experience has been that once you do a full cleaning, you're cleaning every six months becuse of the residue. Now I feel so much better knowing that my carpets are clean, right down to the pad. With no residue, I won't be cleaning them again in six months. (But I won't wait 7 years either!) Awesome job!

I have NEVER been more pleased with the results of a carpet cleaning service. The appointment window was 8:00 to 10:00 am, your staff member called us 15 minutes ahead of arrival which was 8:15 am, and he was done by 10:00 am. I could have never imagined the difference. I have recommended to all our 6 adult sons and daughters as well our office colleagues and friends. Some of them have already contacted you this morning. I will NEVER use a shampooer again!

We did not think that stains & smells would be able to be removed.
