Job was done with no mess. Was completely quickly. The service person was polite and knew his job. Most importantly, he arrived when he said he was going to arrive, and was done when he said he was going to be done. Love the fact that no shampoo was used. Carpets looks great!!

The carpet was almost dry when your tech left, without the normal, just cleaned, "crunchy" feel. Everyone I spoke with in the company was extremely friendly and helpful. Your tech got stuck for around 3 hours on his way here, but his attitude never showed stress, anger, or any sign of having a bad day. You will hear from us again!

The Zerorez associate which came to my house was very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed my carpet for problem areas, and was able to recommend treatment options which would be affordable and efficient. In the past I have had my carpet cleaned with other companies, and had been dissatisfied when those other companies left soap residue around my furniture, and when they failed to clean all areas of the room. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that the Zerorez treatment had been very well done and that my carpet was completely clean - even in hard to reach corners and underneath my furniture.
