I liked that the products didn't have a negative odor, in fact they were not objectionable at all, with a fresh, clean smell. I also liked that once everything dried it wasn't "crunchy" like I've experienced with others in the past. Last but not least your techs were informative and friendly.

Making the appointment was easy. I like being able to get confirmation, change appointment and a receipt by email. Nice to receive a call when running late and 30 minutes before arriving. Friendly and curtious staff.
