I purchased an older home with existing carpeting that had extremely dirty obvious wear paths. After Kyle from Zerorez finished the cleaning, we were amazed! Zerorez salvaged the carpet, saving me the cost of replacing two rooms of carpeting. I was especially pleased with Kyle from Zerorez, he was personable and willing to answer all my questions.

The last time we had the carpet cleaned, it didn't really LOOK clean afterwards, and didn't stay clean either. With ZeroRez, the carpet looks and smells cleaner and more sanitary, and the service person was polite and respectful, the kind you like to have in your home. The person on the phone when I made the appointment was also very nice. Just a very good experience all the way around!!

We liked the idea of not leaving residue in the carpet. This is why we never had our carpet cleaned before now. When we heard about Zerorez, we decided we better get it done. The other thing was cleaning our ceramic tile floor in the kitchen. I guess we had forgotten what it looked like originally, and were almost shocked by how dirty it was when Jared started cleaning it.

It was quick. The products offered are varied, but the technician was good about explaining them and what they do, allowing us to decide if we wanted to use certain ones or not. I appreciated the sample spot cleaning he did on our ceramic tile; we will be having it cleaned in the future as well! I thought it was very reasonable for the carpet cleaning. I've posted my recommendation on Facebook for Zerorez--I hope others will utilize your services! :-)

The tech who did the cleaning was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered any question that I had about the service and how it worked. It is refreshing to have a service person who actually looks at you when you are talking to them and is interested in answering your question. I would recommend the service to others.

There was a noticeable difference in the look of my carpets as the Zerorez guys were cleaning-I could tell exactly where they had been and still needed to go. The thing is my carpets didn't really seem that dirty-until I saw the change. The drying time was much shorter that usual, the fresh smell of the carpets, and the guys were very nice and professional: I sooo aappreciated all of these things. Great job!

The team of ZEROREZ got the horrendous stains out of my carpet. Hot fudge sauce was EVERYWHERE in the living room, and, of course, it is nearly white carpet. The carpet is also at least 19 years old. It still looks great and in great part to ZEROREZ. Another reason I have been a repeat customer of ZEROREZ is because your staff is professional and I feel safe when they are in my home. BIG deal when I am a single parent and need to be constantly aware of the safety and well being of all of us, but number one, my kids.

You do not use chemicals and my house smells amazing after you are done.

Incredibly clean carpet, even in tough stained & very high traffic areas. Most areas were nearly 100% dry within 12 hours & the fresh scent left behind was a nice touch (not perfume-y or solvent-smelling at all). Far exceeded any service we've used before, and the soft carpeting was fantastic! Amazing results!!

I liked several things: the final product I'd seen (and heard about) from other customers; the fact that no residue would be left on the carpet; previous residue from other carpet cleanings would be removed. I also took advantage of the topical pet treatment and fiber treatment offering. Jim and Josh were very polite, friendly, and worked diligently. They answered all my questions thoroughly and didn't mind that I had several questions about their product and service. I'm very happy with the results. One suggestion: perhaps Jim told me and I missed it, but I was surprised when I examined the bill that I was charged for the spot kit combo pack. When he gave it to me and explained how to use it, I assumed there was no charge. I realize now that was silly, but it did catch me a little off guard. I'll recommend Zerorez to others and would request Jim and Josh (specifically) again. Thank you.

how clean everything looks

Everything was great! Our Carpets are new now thanks to you!

Your service was able to clean up some stair carpeting better than any other professional cleaner ever. The carpet is cream colored and really pretty old. No protection from traffic. It was awful. I can't afford to replace it yet, but at least don't have to be so embarrassed by it now either. Your servicemen were pleasant and I believe "honest" and trustworthy.

Using Zerorez was so incredibly easy! The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgable and friendly! I had my living room and bedroom carpets cleaned - and it only took an hour! I have two children - one with leukemia and and a baby crawling around - I completely love that they don't use any harsh chemicals that could harm my children! It was great and I'll definately be calling Zerorez next time I need the carpets cleaned!
