The $119 was for three rooms. I only had one room with two small hallways (I am calling the bathroom a small hallway since it is actually smaller than the actual hallway). The next morning I heard you were running a special for $104. Disappointed -- especially given the fact that my square footage to be cleaned was likely considerably less than the $119 allegedly covered.

The results was the best I've ever experienced from carpet cleaning!! The tech was friendly and listened to what I wanted done. He informed me of other services, but did not push anything I did not want at that time. He was also kind enough to inform me that I had 30 days to decide if I was happy with the results, which shows Zerorez stands behind their services.

By far the best part of zerorez is having zero residue. Seriously - it is so important to me to have my house as safe for my children as possible. I was home with my daughter the whole time the carpets were being cleaned and I was never once concerned about what toxic fumes she was breathing in. The carpets were dry so quickly and it was so nice to not be confined to certain parts of the house for many many hours after the cleaning.

Time will tell. The carpet looks fabulous right now. It was a bit wrinkly after the cleaning, but since it has dried it looks better. There was confusion on the time of service. I asked to be the first of the day and after waiting decided to call to be told I was second for the day. I did not listen to the voicemail that was left on my home phone.

I like using the least amount of additional chemicals p[ossible to get my carpet clean.

I let me kids play on the carpet the same day you did the service. My wife was nervous until she read up on it. The citrus smell lasted days and made it feel even cleaner.

On time, dried quickly,reasonably priced. Only complaint was that it had a citrus-y scent. If the scent was from an added fragrance, I would request that it not be used again as this stirred up my allergies. The fragrance dissipated within 24 hours so it was tolerable.

Your tech seemed to know what he was doing and pointed out a couple spots he could not remove.
