Tom called to say he would arrive in ten minutes, and he did. H sked what all needed to be done and got right to work. I told him about the stain on the bathroom carpet where water had run over and he worked hard and got it cleaned nicely, as was the rest of the carpet he cleaned. This is the third time I have had Zerorez and I will have them again when needed.

The products and processes appear to do what they are advertised to do. The crew (Gary/Josh) were polite, courteous, quick,and professional. We're very satisfied with the services and as a former "ServiceMaster" employee myself I think your processes are much more effective.

The citirus smell was wonderful. You are asking for only the positives, I would also like to state a negative. I had 4 prieces of furniture made in 1040's that are very heavy. I could not move them, but they were on legs and not sitting on the carpet. I asked to have the carpet cleaned under these pieces but the wand you use is not flexible and does not allow for getting under furniture. So, my carpet did not get cleaned under these pieces of furniture

I liked the greener approach to cleaning our carpets. The technician was personable/friendly.

The only negative is that one of the pet stains came back through the carpet already so it will need to be cleaned again. The treatment didn't work on it. We had our cleaning several days ago.

My carpets looked really nice after being cleaned as it had several spots, especially in the kitchen. The process did not take long at all, and we had the whole house cleaned. Afterwards, there was such a nice citrus smell. We were very pleased.

Friendly service, professionalism, quick and thorough. I did not, however, receive a call to let me know my time window. I did get a call from the serviceman on his way. I will definitely use Zerorez again. Carpet looks great!

No harsh chemicals or detergents. No unpleasant smell and carpet was dry in only 5 hours. Jared did a GREAT job for us.

On time. Professional service by technician. However, I am concerned about the fairness of charging a full $50 for each additional room when only a small portion of each could be cleaned [aprox. 50%] due to the placement of heavy furniture. It would seem fairer to prorate the cost based upon sq. footage to be cleaned. Thank you.

Kyle came back on Saturday for a redo in the areas that left white patches. It all looks great now! When he was here last week Monday it took more than 24 hours for our carpet to dry. On Saturday ...it was dry in less than 4 hours. Very nice service person to have come to our house.

Little or no mess...courteous staff...less wet than other applications I've had. Continue to try very hard to remove a mysterious stain from the past, Gets less everytime I use your company.

Kyle the associate who came out was amazing. Very knowledgable and even cleared a path of snow out of my driveway!! The customer service was outstanding. We have an older dog who is confused on whether he is inside or outside and had many urine spots. Kyle made our carpet brand new again! Never been so pleased with a cleaning service!!

it does an excellant job of cleaing most things and no Soap residue. Technicians are very well trained enjoy doing their jobs.

All services was explained & then properly instituted. I had some qualms about having to move ALL furniture out of the rooms, only to find out that I did not. But I was told WE had to do it. It looks nice & with pets time will tell.

I liked the citrus smell of the pre-treatment and that the products were not harmful to our dog.
