No odor. Our carpets look great- I really didn't think it was possible to get them that clean ever again! The young man, Kyle, was very honest and meticulous. He did a great job. Much to my husbands relief, I will not be ripping the carpet out... I would (already have!) recommend Zerorez to anyone. Thank you so much.

The citrus smell after it tamed was pleasant. I was amazed at how fluffed up and soft our carpet got. It did take a little longer to dry than expected.
Over all it looks great.

The carpet has never looked better.I appreciate that that John listened to my concerns and sent Tom out to take care of our carpet. Tom was excellent, he listened to what I expected, explained what he could do and then exceeded my expectations!

i did not know my carpet was biege i thought it was mid brown in color. your equipment seems to be modern your tech well trained. one neigbor wanted you card but tech had none would like to have you send a half dozen or so to my house will pass them to good people.
