That there is no shampoo or soap in the cleaning process to leave a residue that attracts dirt.
The service associate was very knowledgable of the cleaning process and took the time to explain to me and also answered any questions that I had. There was one area we were told previously by another company they could not remove the stain, but your cleaning process did. I also like knowing that the carpet was cleaned using "green" products, especially since I have a granddaughter that will be crawling on my floors soon. The spot treatment products will also be nice to have on hand since we do have a cat.
The carpet came out amazingly clean particulary in the heavy traffic areas. My tile flooring had never been professionally cleaned and I was very pleased with the results and how well the grout looked.

Very good at cleaning. My carpets looks great and are not crunchy. I wish you didn't charge extra for pet pre-treating. Makes it very expensive, but you do a good job.
