High priced, but you got the stains out we needed and the tech was great.

Friendly, prompt service. Usually when I make appointments for this type of service they are always late. Zerorez has always been on time. I use zerorez because of the clean safe products, my carpets dry quickly and it really pulls out the dirt.

I'm really happy with the carpet cleaning job. The "tech" was very nice and I thought he did an excellent job.
The only thing that I thought was a little "off" was the fact that the stairway was $50 to clean and that's ok because I know stairs are more time consuming but... the fact that my small hallway at the top of the stairs was an additional $35 seems excessive. I didn't question it at the time that he was here but the more I thought about it, it seems that it could have been included in the price of the stairs. That's my only "complaint".
My carpet does look very nice and I'm hoping it keeps that clean look for longer than it has with other companies.

The service was just as promised. The carpet looks great and the stains came out better than I expected.

I was called and e-mailed to confirm my appointment and the technician, Chad, called about 20 minutes out. Chad was prompt, informative and did a great job with a very challenging carpet! The carpet is still by no means perfect but not for lack of trying by Chad. He did a very thorough job and we are happy with the results. I have no problem recommending Zerorez to anyone!

I was very happy with all the information that was given to me before the carpet cleaning. I had 3 dogs and he was able to take the smell out of the carpet, where they have gone to the bathroom a few times and our carpet was less than a year old, so I was very worried about that.
