We like the concept behind the company and their method--of cleaning carpets without leaving soap and dirt residue behind to attract new dirt. Our service person was very personable and friendly.

Price was very reasonable (with a promotional special), especially since our home is over 50 miles from the place of business. Even the minimum charge seemed reasonable for the quality of the work.

It didn't take the carpet very long to dry. I am curious though to see if any of the stains come back within 6 months, because they usually do, when we have used the rug doctor.

Chad was very proficient and efficient. Most company's have two people per truck but Chad did it alone with my help of moving a table. He explained how powere water is created and works. I like the idea of no soap! It could be my imagnination but the carpets look cleaner and brighter than other times. I do think your Scotch Guard treatment is priced too high - $60 per room, WOW.

We had the entire house cleaned. Zerorez was cost effective and left our carpets much dryer than other services previously utilized. We were very impressed with the outcome. Carpet gets cleaner and stays cleaner longer.

The service was done in an expeditious manner. They took the time to do a walk around to identify any areas of concern. The representatives were very informative and helpful in making in their recommendations. Also, the carpet did dry quickly. My service was on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30 and by morning I was able to put everything back in it's place without any worry of dampness in the carpet. I would definitely recommend their services.
