The service was a 10. Jared did a great job of explaining and cleaning. We are very pleased with the end result. There is one place in the carpet (in front of our sofa) in which the stain has shown up again. It most likely is due to feet oil and shoe dirt from us. Otherwise we are very pleased with Zerorez. I was very satisfied with the way my carpets and tile looked after cleaning. My very light carpet looked like new.

Don't know much about the product. The service was great. The guy that did it was really nice and knew his stuff. Time wise was great. No one has been on the carpet since it was done. I pray that it still looks great when the house goes on the market. It was pretty bad but now looks 100% better than it did. The pet treatment I think is really expensive but I understand why. They work! We had a number of spots on our carpets from pet 'accidents' and had been getting the carpets cleaned every 4 months, but the spots came back. The first time we had the carpets cleaned by Zerorez, I would say 75% of the stains were removed and DID NOT RE-APPEAR. This second time we got them cleaned, it has only been a few days, but it looks like all the spots are gone. Yea!!
