I knew my carpet was a true test for carpet cleaners. I hadn't professionally cleaned the downstairs carpet since having our basement waterproofed so water stains were still present. Also our dogs developed a bad habit that left numerous spots in the family room. Zerorez surpassed my expectations. After drying only 1 spot came back that I hoped would be gone but all the rest of the carpet is terrific. I'm going to be able to postpone carpet replacement now since Zerorez came to the rescue.

My lighter colored carpet was a mess because of my dog. The man arrived on time, and was very courteous. He explained about the treatment and asked about the possibility of pet stains. He used his special light and found a couple of small stains, but it wouldn't affect the cleaning. He did all three rooms, in about 50 minutes, was very careful and thorough , and the carpet looks great. Great job.

They are upfront about their pricing. They explained the whole procedure before they start. They did not push us to buy extra services.
