I picked zerorez mainly because I didn't want residual surfactants on my carpet fibers, but I was also interested in the shorter drying time advertised. I suppose the standard carpet cleaner could accomplish a similar effect low-residue clean with detergent-based products, but this would require using a lot more water to completely rinse those out.

We recently got a puppy and had a lingering urine odor smell throughout our house after the puppy had many accidents. After zerorez came and cleaned the carpets, the carpets look great and the smell is gone! I'm very satisfied!
