The gentleman who came out was very professional. He was very careful to protect corners and furniture from the hose. He asked about any concerns. The job was well done.
The only thing would to let people the drying time is longer than normal, making it easier to plan rooms back to normal. This was the same last time I had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez. The end project so far is excellent.

Pleasant, courteous technician who arrived promptly and worked quickly. He explained everything. Work was done well and carpets look good. They did however take longer to dry than I expected.
We particularly like the type of natural cleaning without chemicals...safety for pets, too.
