The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpets back on May 4th were very professional and polite and so nice to interact with. They were well informed and shared a lot of their knowledge with me around pet stains. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and I purchased the stain removers. Since that cleaning I have had to use the pet cleaner quite a bit (I have a cat that often gets sick and for some reason it's always on the carpet, go figure). I went to your office for some refills and the lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. I talk about you to as many people as I can as I feel you give great customer service and do a good job with cleaning. Our Service person was excellent, arrived on time, listened to my concerns about areas of our carpets needing to be cleaned, most of all He made an almost 25 year old carpet in Living room,dining room look very nice again. After July we will be calling you back to come pick up a large Persian Rug to be cleaned. thanks again, very pleased.

He also, offered to help put the sectional couch back together and advised me of two stains he was not able to completely remove, although they are a lot less noticeable now.
